Our mission
THE EXPERIENCE
More than a brand, Ylume is an emotion, a journey, an olfactory reminiscence, a desire for light. This light inhabits the brand on a daily basis and inspires it every day in its jewelry and scent creations.
Each packaging is there to awaken the senses: a scented cardboard, an inspiring photo, a word that makes you feel good surround your jewelry or perfume. To make you smile, to make you feel good, to please you are YLUME's missions.
THE SENSES
What better way to awaken the senses than with a fragrance? The scents Meria, Lumio and Giulia accompany the jewelry. They were designed in Corsica, developed and manufactured in Grasse in conjunction with a perfumer. They smell like the sun, and they have been designed to be in line with the brand's light. Atypical, the fragrances take us on a journey through the morning light to a secret cove in Cap Corse, the zenith in Balagne and the last rays of rosé on a fine sandy beach.
ETHICS
As much as possible, we make choices that do not damage the planet.
We have developed reusable packaging for jewelry and perfumes. No unnecessary cardboard but a pretty cotton pouch will accompany your products.
The leather comes from French and most often local leather goods scraps and is reworked in the Aix en Provence workshop to be transformed with rigor and passion into jewelry.

Original and elegant for the Gold collection, fun and colorful for the Leather collection, YLUME illuminates the beauty of women and will delight all tastes.
The brand is inspired by the beauty of things, the light of Corsica or elsewhere, to create as much as possible jewelry with character, unique and an atypical style. The search for personalization is our daily mission: make your own choices of "The beauty of the mix" hoop earrings to feel like yourself.

MATERIALS
The brand has chosen gold-coated brass, 3 microns for the signature collections and the rest is gilded with fine gold. The 3 micron gold layer allows your jewelry to withstand your daily life (friction, water). Nevertheless, it is always advisable to remove your jewelry for showers, swimming and sleeping to maintain the luminous gold for as long as possible.
The gemstones are of a beautiful quality and come from extractions from all over the world (Brazil, India, Africa). They often have amazing reflections and each one is unique.
TAILOR-MADE
Each piece is designed, created and manufactured in our workshop in Aix-en-Provence to bring originality and elegance.
Driven by the desire to illuminate each woman and awaken her senses, the brand offers custom-made leather jewelry so that you can choose your own colors of earrings. Each outfit has its own jewelry!
Between 400 and 8000 possibilities are available to you: be the designer of your own jewelry.

Because one of YLUME's core values is transparency, we openly discuss our products and services with you, while keeping our manufacturing secrets:
Our jewelry is designed, created, and assembled under the Aix-en-Provence sun, and our perfumes are crafted in Grasse, in collaboration with a renowned perfumer.
The majority of our signature collections are made in Spain, and some are made in France.
Our Supplies
Whenever possible, supplies are sourced in France from professionals offering high-quality gemstones and brass charms and chains.
The gemstones are mined in Africa, Brazil, or India (France has no deposits).
The brass charms and chains are mostly sourced from European factories, and for some models, from Thai factories.
The 18-karat (750/1000) gold used to gild the products is applied to the brass components (hoops, chains, charms). It is RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) certified, and some of the gold used for gilding is recycled.
