Being a designer involves custom design and manufacturing and limited stock. Therefore, the jewelry will be shipped by tracked mail, between 1 and 5 working days after Ylume receives the order, and the delivery time is about 48h. We thank you in advance for your patience and will do everything we can to meet these deadlines.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order. Within this period, you do not have to justify the reason for the dismissal. We will then refund it by crediting your credit card within 10 days of receipt if the following conditions have been met:
- The jewelry must be returned in new condition
- It must not have been worn or used
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice.
If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to take back or exchange the item, and it will be returned to you at your expense.

We will then confirm the details of the return or exchange procedure and, if applicable, the availability of the items. We invite you to carefully pack the jewel in a suitable package, preferably in a bubble envelope, to prevent it from being damaged during transport.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract by you, we will refund all payments received, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
